The concept behind Full Dimensional Training (FDT) is to design a personalized program for You – the client. It is based on your strengths, needs, desires, weaknesses, to correct imbalances due to injuries, stiffness, stress and over use.
This is accomplished by the use of a variety of training techniques and equipment – making you more fit and stronger. It is the goal of Full Dimensional Training to make your exercise experience effective, challenging, and most of all to fun.
